The day before your arrival at the hotel you will receive a link to check-in independently. Only when the check-in is completed, you will receive the Entry Code to have access to the structure. Otherwise you can check in on arrival at our reception, open from 7 to 22.

Please leave your room no later than 11 a.m. We remind you that after 11 a.m. the Entry Code to access your room will be deactivated.

What is the Entry Code?

The entry code is a personal numeric code that allows guests to enter and exit the facility and your room in complete autonomy without time limits during your stay

Entry Code: when will I receive it?

The entry code will be sent by email and sms upon completion of the online check-in. It will be communicated at the hotel for check-in at the reception.

Entry Code: when can I use it?

The entry code will be active from 13.00 on the day of check-in and will be deactivated at 11.00 on the day of check-out.

Entry Code: What if I forget it?

You can request the entry code every day at our reception, open from 7 to 22. For emergencies call + 39 345 5293378, an operator will provide you with a new entry code.

Will my room be cleaned?

The cleaning service is carried out daily.

Is there a food area?

Our Lounge is equipped with vending machines for the dispensing of hot and cold drinks as well as sweet and savory products. The vending machines accept cash and credit cards.

How is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served as a buffet from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. There is an indoor and an outdoor area in the adjacent stall.

Is there a parking lot?

Hi Hotels Trento has a two levels parking lot with an elevator and a video surveillance system.

Parking is subject to a rate per hour, up to a maximum of € 9 every 24 hours. Every time the vehicle leaves the parking lot the count is reset to zero. The payment of the parking is managed by an automatic cash machine on site and active 24 on 24.

Hi GYM is the gym at the foot of Hi Hotels equipped with Technogym equipment.

Hi GYM is open every day from 9.00 to 22.00.

The access to the gym area is totally free for the guests of Hi Hotels.

Hi SPA is the wellness center signed by Hi Hotels which features: Finnish sauna, biosauna, Turkish bath, chromotherapy showers, relaxation areas, indoor Jacuzzi, indoor swimming pool, solarium and outdoor jacuzzi.

Hi SPA: opening hours

The wellness center is open every day from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm, with the exception of the Finnish sauna which is open from 3.00 pm. The wellness center is accessible from the inside of the building at floor -1.

The access to the wellness center is free for all the guests of Hi Hotels.

At the wellness center you can buy bathing suit, bathing caps, slippers and towels.

How does the parking work?: The parking lot is located at the foot of the building, with both covered and uncovered parking spaces available.
Parking at the foot of the building is always guaranteed from 3:00 PM on the day of check-in to 11:00 AM on the day of check-out, with a reserved rate of 8 euros for direct bookings and 12€ for Booking.com reservations.
It will be possible to extend the parking after 11:00 AM on the day of check-out, with an additional charge of 8€ for direct bookings or 12€ for Booking.com reservations.
How does the nighttime SPA work?: The nighttime SPA is a service available by reservation from 10 PM to 1 AM. All services of the internal SPA are at your complete disposal: heated pool, whirlpool, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, and relaxation areas. The cost of this service starts from €130, including a bottle of wine.
How does breakfast work?: The buffet breakfast is accessible to external guests. For hotel guests, it is possible to request, by reservation, the in-room breakfast service.
